The Vietnam Software and Information Technology Services Association (VINASA) held an announcement and awards ceremony on September 22 for the Vietnam Top 10 Digital Technology Companies 2023. This 10th holding honored and promoted reputable and leading tech companies in Vietnam. The VTI Group was in the top 10 in three categories: Top 10 Software and IT Services Outsourcing Companies; Top 10 IT Services and Solutions Companies; and Top 10 A-IoT Companies.

“Being in the top 10 leading ICT companies in Vietnam is a great honor for VTI,” said Mr. Tran Xuan Khoi, CEO of the VTI Group. “For us, the prime objective is to always secure the quality and technical standards of products and services, thereby maintaining long-term customer trust, which is a bridge to strengthen relations between countries.”

VTI Group accelerates the development momentum of Vietnam’s technology market

According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Giang, Vice President and General Secretary of VINASA, Vietnam’s IT market has recorded outstanding growth over the past decade, with IT revenue in 2022 standing at $148 billion, an increase of nearly four-fold, while the software and IT services industry earned about $13 billion, an increase of nearly five-fold. The number of Vietnamese digital technology enterprises has reached 70,000, and Vietnam is always in the top 10 countries exporting IT services.

Grasping the trends, the VTI Group took its first steps by conquering the Japanese market through outsourcing services. Following this success, its technological innovations were present in many countries, such as South Korea, Vietnam, Singapore, and Malaysia. Not only offering outsourcing services to foreign businesses, VTI also confidently provides services from digital transformation consulting to implementing and operating for manufacturing, retail, financial, and transportation businesses, etc., leveraging outstanding technological capabilities like AI, IoT, Cloud Computing, and Mobile Applications.

From outsourcing company to ‘Make in Vietnam’ innovations

In parallel with implementing outsourcing services for businesses, the VTI Group aspires to make a mark on the world map of technology with breakthrough solutions. These are all “Make in Vietnam” products that are designed, created, and manufactured in Vietnam by Vietnamese people. Solutions were created based on the experience and market knowledge VTI accumulated in the process of providing outsourcing services. Furthermore, the VTI Group also nurtures an R&D team consisting of young, highly-skilled human resources. Its programmers know how to stay up-to-date with trends and take advantage of advanced technologies including AI and IoT to research and launch innovative technology initiatives with high practical applicability.

The VTI Group also focuses on recruiting and training high-quality IT human resources. According to Ms. Giang, human resources in the IT industry now exceed 300,000 workers. While previously, in 2013, only two businesses exceeded 1,000 employees, now there are more than ten businesses with this number. The VTI Group is also proud to be one of the technology companies posting outstanding growth, with more than 1,200 employees in just six years of operations. Its human resources not only have professional certifications such as AWS & Microsoft, Scrum, ISTQB, RPA, Magento, Salesforce, PMP, Google, Agile, Azure, and Tensorflow, etc., but are also proficient in many languages, including English, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese.
